Key Areas of Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for trade pre-matching to ensure that all trade details are accurately aligned before the settlement process Effective fails management will be a key aspect of the role, addressing any discrepancies that arise during the settlement process The individual will oversee settlements to ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and on time The role requires conducting reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify any discrepancies The candidate will actively seek out opportunities for efficiency gains, aiming to improve processes and reduce operational costs The position includes SBL collateral management The individual will handle ADR and GDR conversions efficiently to facilitate smooth international transactions Active participation in projects and user acceptance testing (UAT) will be required to ensure that new systems and processes meet business needs Requirements Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in a securities/banking related industry or similar position Detailed knowledge of European and Asian and US equity and Fixed income products , their practices, procedures and trends Sell side brokerage operations working knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all senior levels of management.
