Officer - QC, Cellulose

Role Overview: As a part of ACG Corporate, your role will involve preparing and carrying out tests such as MLT and Water analysis in the Micro Lab. You will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, developing and establishing testing procedures, maintaining proper records, and work space. Your key responsibility will be to develop and sustain a quality culture across the plant and establish a review mechanism to constantly upgrade and standardize the process. Key Responsibilities: - Review customer quality complaints, including complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and identifying the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Ensure closure of complaints within defined timelines with implementation of CAPA. - Ensure sustainability of Quality Management System (QMS) including Deviations, Change control, OOS, and Incident reporting with Quality Risk Management (QRM). - Ensure timely batch release and availability of customer-specific certifications for the plant. - Independently handle customer audits at the plant and provide support for the team during the audit. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in carrying out tests like MLT and Water analysis in a Micro Lab. - Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. - Knowledge of quality culture development and establishment of testing procedures. - Familiarity with customer quality complaints handling, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation. - Experience in handling customer audits and supporting audit teams. - Good understanding of Quality Management Systems, deviations, change control, and incident reporting. Additional Details: The company focuses on reducing customer complaints, improving complaint resolution scores, reducing internal failures, ensuring test results reproducibility, timely completion of facility licenses and certifications, and effective CAPA replication for customer/internal audits and APQR. You will also interact with internal interfaces such as Operations, Technical Services, Q&RA/QA, and external interfaces including customers, external agencies/vendors, and FDA.,
