Officer Param Sales Executive – Pramerica Life Insurance (Defence Channel)

Bareilly.Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of life-insurance products within the Defence segment (Army, Navy, Air Force, paramilitary, ex-servicemen).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with defence personnel, canteen stores, and associated networks.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct selling and channel development.

• Conduct need-based financial planning sessions and ensure excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with branch and regional teams for policy issuance, renewals, and claim support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Essential (any one of the following):

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven life-insurance sales experience, OR

• Defence background (ex-serviceman / ex-paramilitary) or strong personal/professional links within the Defence community.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: commerce/management).

• Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently.

Desired Competencies

• Strong network-building and relationship-management skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in field sales.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
