Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) for compliance, policies, and local regulations.
Investigate distributor activities: gather evidence, analyze data, conduct interviews, and prepare reports.
Spot trends in business behavior and identify risks or manipulation attempts.
Conduct field visits to Nutrition Clubs, deliver training, and build strong Distributor relationships.
Conduct online and offline market monitoring to detect violations.
Collaborate across departments and provide actionable insights based on findings.
Be the guardian of due process, fairness, and operational excellence.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

1to 3 years of relevant experience (ideally in Distributor Services, Compliance, or Investigations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Detail-oriented with top-notch administrative skills.
Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer tools.
Willingness to travel for field visits and flexible with working hours.
