Develop and optimize formulations for solvent-based paints, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct research on new raw materials, technologies, and methodologies to enhance product performance and sustainability. Perform various tests on paint formulations, including viscosity, drying time, adhesion, and durability, and analyze results to make necessary adjustments.
