Development of new products and renovation of current products in the area of adhesives.
To take the R&D lab scale batches of different adhesives product for Japan as well as India project.To do the analysis of the lab batches, stability study, report making and sharing with team.To do the commercial batch production of the lab developed products.
To do the benchmark evaluation. Comparative analysis of new or existing products.
Testing of new/alternate raw materials & evaluation in adhesive area.Deliver cost savings from Alternate RMs, Optimized usage of RMs in adhesive Formulation.To do the literature survey for new adhesive products understand their chemistry and implementation whichever & whenever needed
