Job Responsibilities: -

Execute and supervise OSD/Softgel manufacturing activities as per BMR/BPR & SOPs.
Manage processes such as gelatin prep, fill material prep, encapsulation, drying, granulation, blending, compression, and coating.
Review and maintain GMP/GDP-compliant documentation: logbooks, batch records, cleaning records.
Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and support audit readiness (USFDA/EU/MHRA).
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth batch execution.
Monitor process parameters, ensure line clearance, and support process improvements.
Guide and supervise technicians/operators on the shop floor.
