As a Transport and Logistics Manager at ACG Pharmapack Pvt. Ltd., your role involves strategic planning to de-risk the Supply Chain by engaging alternate transporters and ensuring On-Time Delivery In Full (OTDIF) as per the business plan. Your core functional responsibilities include following SOPs and protocols for transporter evaluation and commercial terms, participating in audits of transporters and packing material suppliers, monitoring shipments to prevent delivery delays, coordinating with different departments for smooth dispatch activities, and participating in techno-commercial negotiations with Corporate commercial team. Internally, you will be required to ensure all relevant statutory regulatory certificates and safety data sheets are obtained from suppliers and vendors, complying with National and International standards, and completing all necessary documents for domestic and international dispatches. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that achieves agreed objectives, delivers best practice results, adds value, and drives continuous improvements. You will also need to ensure Individual Development Plan (IDP) needs of the department are met and maintain team engagement and motivation through various initiatives. Your key result areas will include cost optimization, achieving OTDIF targets, and reducing the number of logistics-related customer complaints. The key interfaces of your role will involve effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
