Job Description

As an Officer Customer Care (Disaster Recovery site) at Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer queries through various communication channels such as emails, live chat, and social media. You are expected to perform these activities in a time-bound manner. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with teams at the primary site to understand operational aspects and processes related to customer care. Regularly informing customers about updates and policies, analyzing and reporting customer data for devising new strategies, and fostering healthy relationships with DPs/RTA & CHs are crucial aspects of your role. Your aim should be to ensure that customers have a positive experience with CDSL. Furthermore, you will be required to assist Dp/RTA in addressing technical queries related to CDAS application and Online application, along with any other support shared by the primary site team. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently - Respond to customer queries through emails, live chat, and social media - Coordinate with teams at the primary site to understand operational aspects and processes - Keep customers informed about updates and policies - Analyze and report customer data for devising new strategies - Foster healthy relationships with DPs/RTA & CHs - Ensure positive customer experience with CDSL - Assist Dp/RTA in addressing technical queries related to CDAS application and Online application Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate from any field - 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in customer care function - Prior experience in customer support function (inbound) - Efficient execution and coordination skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Conversant with MS Office (Excel formulas) - Open to working in late shifts and visiting the primary site for understanding operations If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this position, please email your resume to careers@cdslindia.com mentioning the position applied for in the subject column.
