Job Description

As a responsible individual in the CRM department, your role involves being updated on new products and divisions to effectively serve customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers through the toll-free number and landline provided in advertisements. Your responsibilities include attending all calls, understanding customer needs patiently, updating customers on relevant information, and forwarding calls to the appropriate department when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Generate calls and leads conversion to sales using existing social media leads. - Address incoming calls to understand and resolve customer needs, complaints, or issues with products/services. - Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, provide possible solutions, and ensure clients feel supported. - Engage in active listening, confirm information, clarify details, and diffuse any potential conflicts with customers. - Make sales or recommendations for products/services that align with client needs. - Build lasting relationships based on trust and reliability with clients and team members. - Generate new customers and maintain a potential customer database. - Analyze repeat customers and communicate findings to the team leader. - Attend calls in the absence of any team member and report to the team leader. - Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools effectively. - Participate in training and learning opportunities to enhance company and position knowledge. - Daily report complaints and queries received to the team leader. - Prepare daily MIS reports on inbound/outbound calls, complaints, queries, and feedback. You are expected to carry out the above responsibilities routinely and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Proficiency in relevant software applications. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
