In the role of a Production Supervisor at HAECO, you will be responsible for overseeing the control and discipline of staff under your supervision to ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and defined quality standards, ultimately meeting airworthiness requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise production staff to ensure alignment with company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols - Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards - Collaborate with other production departments to secure essential support, services, and safety equipment - Ensure full compliance of production work with safety regulations and industry best practices - Monitor production closely, take corrective actions, and implement safety improvements as needed - Maintain the company's image by upholding excellent housekeeping standards and adhering to safety requirements - Manage maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery according to customer and regulatory requirements - Supervise multiple crews/trades for complex and manpower-intensive tasks - Liaise with other departments for necessary support and services - Oversee project scheduling, works coordination, and ad-hoc projects - Review team performance and promote staff training and development **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience - Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification - Fluent in spoken and written English - Good interpersonal and communication skills Join HAECO and build your career as part of a global aviation services provider.
