Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to support the admissions process and provide an exceptional experience for prospective students and families. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing inquiries, coordinating school visits, and ensuring a smooth application journey that reflects the school’s high standards and welcoming culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing admissions strategies to support student enrolment targets.
• Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate school tours, orientation sessions, and parent meetings.
• Support applicants and their families throughout the application and enrolment process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions in the admissions database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for event coordination and promotional activities.
• Participate in school events, open houses, and outreach initiatives to represent the school positively.
• Collect and share feedback from prospective families to enhance the admissions experience.
• Ensure all processes follow school policies and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or front-facing roles (school experience preferred).
