Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, which includes workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms. - Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. - Collecting and distributing incoming mail, courier packages, and documents. - Assisting in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks. - Ensuring office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are replenished as needed. - Handling errands such as delivering documents to clients or collecting items from vendors. - Supporting in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and ensuring required materials are in place. - Helping maintain office equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to the admin team. - Assisting staff and visitors with basic needs within the office premises. - Performing any other tasks assigned by management to support office operations. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Minimum education requirement is 12th pass. - Basic communication skills (reading and writing). - Punctual, reliable, and disciplined. - Well-mannered and respectful in dealing with staff and visitors. - Physically fit and able to handle minor lifting or movement of office items.,
