We are looking for a smart and responsible office desk executive to handle online work and client communication. The candidate should be able to manage daily online form submissions, communicate professionally with clients over calls, and share product details as required. Responsibilities: Fill and submit online forms accurately and on time Communicate with clients through phone calls and messages Send product details and updates to clients Maintain records using Tally and Excel Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending tasks Handle basic office documentation and coordination activities Requirements: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Good communication skills (Hindi and English preferred) Basic computer and internet knowledge Smart working attitude and attention to detail Minimum education: Graduate or Diploma holder Experience in office or administrative work preferred
