Job Description: BEAT Educations is currently seeking a Male Office Peon to join our team at the Calicut center. As an Office Peon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess physical agility, reliability, and the ability to efficiently handle routine tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, classrooms, washrooms, and premises. - Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests in a timely manner. - Collecting and delivering files, documents, and parcels as instructed. - Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and basic clerical tasks. - Supporting the staff in preparing classrooms, events, and meetings. - Running office errands such as visits to the post office, bank, or shops. - Handling minor maintenance tasks when necessary. Requirements: - Exclusively open to male candidates. - Preferably holding a minimum SSLC qualification. - Physically fit, energetic, and capable of performing assigned duties. - Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and respectfulness. - Willingness to follow instructions diligently and maintain confidentiality.
