We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy Office Support Executive to assist with daily operations and grow into a licensed insurance agent. Key Responsibilities: Back Office & Administrative Support Maintain client records, policy files, and documentation. Handle data entry, filing, and basic reporting tasks. Coordinate with insurance companies for policy updates and claims follow-up. Field Work Visit client locations to collect cheques, documents, and deliver policy papers. Travel to insurance company offices for submissions, endorsements, and follow-ups. Client Coordination Communicate with clients regarding policy renewals, documentation, and basic queries. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Training & Career Growth Receive training on insurance products and sales techniques. Shadow senior agents and gradually take on sales responsibilities. Work towards becoming a certified independent insurance agent. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email). Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Willingness to travel locally within Ahmedabad. Honest, punctual, and eager to learn.
