Tasks

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records efficiently.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, professionally.

Handle Clinet Meetings and Requirements.

Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
