You will be responsible for managing the front desk by maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms. Additionally, you will handle phone and communication management by answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information to relevant parties. You will also be required to call new potential clients and describe the company profile. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence will also be part of your responsibilities. Handling mail and packages, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and maintaining records including visitor logs and employee directories are important aspects of the job. You should provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, address their needs and concerns, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with visitors and colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will interact with a wide range of people. As a receptionist, you need to be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and interact with people in a friendly and professional manner. Proficiency in using office equipment and software like Microsoft Office Suite is often required. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations are crucial, as well as the capability to multitask effectively. The qualifications required for this position include a minimum Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience, the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
