Office Peon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy to handle routine office support tasks efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all general office boy duties and maintain cleanliness and organization within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Clean and maintain the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and pantry.
• Handle outdoor tasks like going to the bank, post office, or delivering documents.
• Manage and refill pantry and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Receive and distribute courier packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and washrooms.
• Run errands as requested by office staff.
• Support office administrative functions when required.

Requirements:

• Should be punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Basic understanding of office cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
• Trustworthy with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience as an office boy or similar role preferred.

Pay: From minimum ₹10,000.00 per month
