Full job description

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with Clients, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor site operations, resolve issues, and implement effective project control measures.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective manpower and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contractual terms, and company policies.
• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Have 5–10 years of experience in customer-facing or operational roles, preferably in construction, interiors, architecture. or Building material.
• Are confident with both written and verbal communication and can stay calm under pressure.
• Are comfortable visiting customer sites across Patna when needed.
• Are solution-oriented and take full ownership of the issues you tackle.
• Want to work at a fast-paced, high-growth startup and grow faster than in traditional roles.
• You're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups.
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
