Job Summary

Credencial Management System India Private Limited is seeking a customer-focused and communicative Customer Support Associate (CSA) to handle client interactions, provide accurate information, and support day-to-day customer communication. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, phone calls, and messages professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Assist clients with certification-related queries and general support
• Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
