Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations of the Sony Authorized Service Center. The ideal candidate will handle staff management, customer service, technical support coordination, and ensure smooth workflow in the service department. Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the service center Supervise technicians, customer service, and support staff Ensure timely repair and service of Sony products (TV, Audio, etc.) Maintain records of service, spare parts, and customer complaints Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with Sony regional office for updates and reporting Monitor service quality and performance metrics Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the service center Requirements:Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or related field Minimum 2–4 years of experience in service center operations (Sony or similar brand preferred) Good communication and leadership skills Knowledge of service software and basic computer operations Customer-oriented mindset
