Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Lucknow. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating office equipment, and ensuring efficient office administration. Additional responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role will require a proactive approach to organizing workflows and optimizing office processes to support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder interactions and ensure seamless internal and external coordination.
• Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation.
• Ability to manage and maintain Office Equipment to ensure uninterrupted workflows.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced office environment.
• Familiarity with office software tools such as MS Office and basic IT knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
