Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Primary: Operational assistance: Support senior staff in daily tasks, including preparing materials, documents, and equipment for meetings or activities. Handle minor errands and ad-hoc tasks as assigned to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Document & file management: Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and ease of access for all documentation. Office supplies & equipment management: Monitor and manage office supplies, restocking items as needed to maintain readiness. Operate basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, photocopiers) and assist with minor troubleshooting. Secondary: Workspace & environment maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas daily. Support event & meeting logistics: Assist in setting up materials or logistics for meetings, team activities, or visitor engagements as needed.
