Job Description

Manage daily office activities including documentation, filing, and office correspondence. Prepare and maintain records such as purchase orders, sales invoices, delivery notes, contracts, and GST-related documents. Coordinate with logistics, suppliers, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch and order fulfillment. Maintain inventory data and assist in basic stock tracking/reporting. Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and promptly to follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries. Manage office supplies, vendor relationships (stationery, courier, housekeeping), and ensure operational readiness.
