Experience: Fresher (Female candidate is preferable)

Skills: MS Excel (Word, Excel), Tally ERP/Prime.

Job Location: Thane

Job Role:

1. Candidate Coordination:

• Make calls to candidates for job openings, explaining interview process and scheduling the interviews.
• Follow-up with the candidates for attending the interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Excel.
• Assisting in filing the documents
• Good command on English Language.

2. Tally & Accounting Entries:

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Handle voucher entries (sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, etc.).
• Coordinate with the accounts team for month-end closing and data accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
