Your Role:
As our Office Executive, you'll be the hub of communication and documentation—ensuring seamless operations and airtight record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls and emails with professionalism.
• Maintain physical and digital documents: collection manifests, certificates, invoices.
• Draft correspondence and manage day-to-day office admin.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes/reports.
• Support office logistics (supplies, coordination).

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years’ experience in office/admin roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
