About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business growth. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services. Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email, and networking. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and support the sales process from initial contact to close. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (internships included). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry: e.g., tech, finance, healthcare, etc.].
