Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately.
  • Follow up with site supervisors and teams regarding project/installation status.
  • Track deliveries and update office MIS or project sheets.
  • Communicate internally and externally to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.
  • Assist management in daily operational tasks and coordination.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in office administration or coordination.
  • Good typing and documentation skills (MS Office proficiency mandatory).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in following up tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
