Starting remuneration during the provisional period of 6 months is 11,000 for 1st 3 months. Then, after 3 months, depending on your performance, it will be 12000. After the successful completion of the training period, your salary will be fixed at 13500 + an incentive of Rs. 1,500 per month, on the basis of your performance.

It's an entry-level job for a newcomer in our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near Sector 5 Metro Station. Office timings are 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM from Monday to Saturday, Sunday & National holidays are off days, provided no travel-related work is pending​, or any tour movement is there.

We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-sketch (India) to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000 and exciting field exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.

Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.

Ensure smooth execution during events.

Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.

Post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
