Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Manage front-desk activities including answering calls, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office needs. Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining staff records. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations. Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking. Provide administrative support to management and different teams as required.
