Job Description

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; greet visitors and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory; place orders and track usage.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (desk setup, access badges, welcome materials, etc.).
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
