Job Description

Responsibilities: Office Cleaning: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Regularly clean and maintain office equipment and furniture. Dispose of waste in a responsible manner. Stock Checking and Maintenance: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory. Place orders for necessary office supplies when needed. Keep track of stock levels and report shortages. Tea and Coffee Service: Prepare and serve tea and coffee to employees and visitors. Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are well-maintained. Monitor and replenish beverage and snack stock. Regular Updates: Communicate effectively with team members and superiors. Provide regular updates on office maintenance and supplies. Report any issues or concerns promptly. Resolving Admin Issues: Assist in resolving administrative issues as needed. Coordinate with relevant personnel to address any office-related concerns. Report maintenance or repair issues promptly. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an office boy or similar role. Good communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Knowledge of basic office maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pleasant and professional demeanor.
