Job description: Candidates Requirements: Immediate joiners are needed. Location: Teynampet Job Summary: The Office Boy/Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by performing various administrative and housekeeping tasks. The role ensures that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, and assists staff with basic clerical duties as needed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Maintenance & Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area. Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and report shortages when needed. Serve tea, coffee, and beverages to staff and visitors as required. Assist with preparing meeting rooms before and after sessions. 2. Office Support Basic clerical tasks. Collect and distribute documents, parcels. Assist in organizing office supplies and ensure stocks are replenished. Run office errands, such as purchasing items, and banking tasks. 3. Visitor & Staff Assistance Welcome and guide visitors when needed. Support staff with small administrative tasks. 4. Miscellaneous Duties Handle minor maintenance issues or coordinate with technicians for repairs. Ensure proper functioning of pantry equipment (kettle, coffee machine, microwave). Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards. Qualifications & Skills: 1.High school education 2.Basic understanding of office procedures 3.Good communication 4.Polite, well-mannered, and trustworthy 5.Manage time effectively 6. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks 7. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role
