Job Description

Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Oberoi Garden Estate (Chandivali)

Office Address: Tulip Lab Pvt. Ltd, B-1084, Oberoi Garden Estate, Chandivali Farm Road, Near Chandivali Film Studio & Boomerang Building, Chandivali, Mumbai-400072.

Role & responsibilities

Office Boy Duties:

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Handle basic tasks within or outside the office (e.g., document drop-off, bank visits).
Manage courier services and assist in packing/distribution of documents or parcels.
Support office staff with photocopying, filing and basic office tasks.
Keep the pantry clean and organized.

Housekeeping Duties:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, including pantry, Washroom and work areas.
Regular dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
Refill toiletries, drinking water and other supplies.
Ensure garbage disposal and maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Should be comfortable working at both locations
(Chandivali and BKC)
and handling both housekeeping and office boy duties.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
