Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to assist in daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling couriers, and supporting staff with minor administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including pantry and meeting rooms
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Handle daily inward and outward couriers (receive, dispatch, and maintain records)
• Collect and deliver documents or parcels to/from vendors or clients
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
• Refill office supplies and monitor pantry stock
• Support staff with minor errands and tasks
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and well-organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass
• Basic knowledge of office operations and courier handling
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
• Physically fit and willing to travel short distances for office work
• Preferably local candidates with knowledge of city routes

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM
(Sundays and Public Holidays Off)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
