Officer-Quality Assurance

“We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.”

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with regulatory and company standards.

· Plan, conduct, and document internal audits and vendor audits; follow up on CAPA and closure.

· Prepare and maintain instrument calibration schedules, ensuring timely calibration and documentation.

· Maintain and update personnel training records, ensuring training programs are conducted, tracked, and evaluated for effectiveness.

· Ensure QMS elements such as deviation management, change control, CAPA are properly implemented and maintained.

· Ensure accurate and timely submission of client questionnaires, technical specifications, and compliance-related documents.

· Support the implementation of QMS standards aligned with ISO.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of the company’s services.

Educational Background and Requirements:

· Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science Field.

· 1–2 years of QA experience, preferably in a pharma (validation, calibration, documentation)

· Strong understanding of QMS, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, and regulatory compliance principles.

· Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
