The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.” Key Responsibilities: · Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with regulatory and company standards. · Plan, conduct, and document internal audits and vendor audits; follow up on CAPA and closure. · Prepare and maintain instrument calibration schedules, ensuring timely calibration and documentation. · Maintain and update personnel training records, ensuring training programs are conducted, tracked, and evaluated for effectiveness. · Ensure QMS elements such as deviation management, change control, CAPA are properly implemented and maintained. · Ensure accurate and timely submission of client questionnaires, technical specifications, and compliance-related documents. · Support the implementation of QMS standards aligned with ISO. · Maintain comprehensive documentation of the company’s services. Educational Background and Requirements: · Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science Field. · 1–2 years of QA experience, preferably in a pharma (validation, calibration, documentation) · Strong understanding of QMS, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, and regulatory compliance principles. · Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems. · Strong written and verbal communication skills.
