Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance

Keep the office, meeting rooms and pantry clean and organized
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and routine sanitation
Ensure all supplies (tea, coffee, water, stationery, cleaning items) are stocked

2. Refreshments & Hospitality

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Arrange refreshments during meetings
Assist with visitor hospitality and reception support

3. Clerical & Administrative Support

Photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document handling
Delivering internal documents between departments
Assisting with mail handling, courier pickups, and deliveries
Running local office errands as required

4. Office Assistance

Set up meeting rooms (chairs, projector, stationery)
Help with simple maintenance tasks (changing water bottles, replacing light items)
Assist HR/admin in procurement tasks when needed

Skills & Qualifications

Basic literacy (ability to read/write simple English)
Good communication and polite behavior
Time management and discipline
Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Physical stamina for manual tasks

Experience

0–2 years preferred (freshers usually accepted)

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role
Requires punctuality and responsibility
Interaction with all office staff, visitors, and support teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
