Job Summary:

female Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain the office during working hours.
  • Handle routine administrative duties efficiently.
  • Manage office stationery, assets, and inventory.
  • Track incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Visit banks or other external offices as required.
  • Maintain records and files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist in preparing basic documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of
