Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Support HR and administrative departments in document preparation and record keeping.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Assist in handling invoices, bills, and petty cash.
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment like printers, computers, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,843.86 - ₹15,756.13 per month
