Position: Office Assistant Job Location : Mogappair, Nolambur, Avadi, Paruthipattu, Poonamallee, Reports To : Department Head Job Summary: The Office Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the institution. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain attendance records and follow up on absentees. - Assist in student record management and academic report preparation. - Facilitate parent-staff interactions and maintain office supplies. Eligibility Criteria: - 12th, Diploma or equivalent. Skills & Qualities: - Organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Basic English reading and writing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you capable to read and write in English ?
