Job Summary – Office Assistant (Outbound Calling & Customer Coordination) We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Office Assistant to handle outbound calls, customer follow-ups, and documentation support. The role involves interacting with clients, sharing details about holiday packages, and assisting with membership or booking coordination. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are confident communicators and eager to grow in a sales and customer service environment. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers using company-provided leads. Explain basic details about holiday packages or membership transfers. Handle follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients. Assist in documentation, email coordination, and record maintenance. Update and manage customer information using Excel or CRM tools. Support the sales team with client coordination to help close deals smoothly. Key Skills & Requirements Excellent verbal communication in Marathi,Hindi and English. Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, etc.). Positive attitude, polite communication style, and eagerness to learn. Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. Why Join Us?
