Job Description:

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of office operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle administrative tasks, maintain office upkeep, assist employees with their requirements, and manage office supplies. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Handle basic office maintenance tasks such as filing, waste disposal, and ensuring cleanliness in restrooms and pantry areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
  • Maintain adequate stock of beverages, snacks, office stationery, and other essentials.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Ensure the proper usage and upkeep of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and water dispensers.
  • Welcome and greet visitors, offer refreshments, and guide them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain visitor logbooks and support guest registration when needed.
  • Carry out routine tasks such as delivering documents, visiting banks, CA, and lawyers’ offices, and managing parcels or office supplies.
  • Support administrative staff with tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
  • Provide general assistance to staff as required for day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning materials.

Qualifications:

  • Up to Graduation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office assistant or similar support role

Compensation:

₹1,20,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (depending on profile and experience)
