About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Accounts and Administration division. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter with a strong background in corporate accounting and finance, capable of managing accounts up to finalisation. Background / Qualifications: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or CA Inter qualification preferred. Relevant experience in Administration and Office Management will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and administration. Key Responsibilities: Accounting and Finance: Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and finalize financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements. Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns. Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Manage tax-related matters, ensuring timely filing and compliance with relevant tax laws. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support strategic decision-making. Administration and Office Management: Oversee administrative tasks, including office management, travel bookings, and hotel accommodations for domestic and international travel. Ensure efficient office operations and employee coordination. Supervise administrative staff as needed and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting administration and office management. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with computer proficiency. Experience in presentations, planning, and execution is preferred. Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Work Location: Andheri West, Mumbai.
