Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Tasks

Maintain and update daily office records, files, and documents (production records, dispatch sheets, purchase orders, invoices, etc.)
Prepare reports, letters, quotations, and basic communication to customers and vendors.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.

Production & Operations Support

Coordinate with the production team regarding job status, work orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain job cards, material inward/outward records, and tool tracking.
Assist in preparing daily production reports.

Purchasing & Inventory Support

Assist the purchase team by preparing purchase requests and following up with suppliers.
Maintain inventory logs for raw materials, consumables, and tools.
Coordinate with the stores department for inward/outward entries.

Accounts & Billing Support

Prepare and maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, and basic accounting entries (if required).
Assist in maintaining petty cash, vendor payment follow-ups, and expense records.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (English/Tamil).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with machine shop terms (optional but added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
