Role Overview: As an Office Assistant at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office by handling various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming calls and other communications efficiently. - Managing the filing system to ensure easy access to important documents. - Recording and updating information as required. - Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly manner. - Maintaining and organizing paperwork, documents, and word processing tasks. - Performing general office clerk duties and running errands when necessary. - Coordinating events as and when required. - Maintaining office equipment to ensure their proper functioning. - Assisting with client reception whenever needed. - Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases accurately. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Please note that this position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus provided. The work location is in person.
