Vacancy for the position of part time Office Assistant at M/S Priyal Joshi And Associates, Practising Company Secretary Firm located near Garware Metro Station in Pune.
Any student who wants to gain practical experience while pursuing their graduation degree (preferably in Bcom) are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping with basic office administration work such as scanning, printing of documents
2. Preparing and sending invoices
3. Co-ordinating with Clients for documentation, invoice follow up over phone and email etc.
4. Co-ordinating for the DSC processing of the Clients
5. Preparing basic records in excels and word
6. Maintaining and filing of the records and such other administrative work
Qualification:
12th Pass or undergraduate (preferably Bcom)
Necessary Skills:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Language efficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi
3. Basic/working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email platform
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
