We are looking for a driven CS Articleship intern to join our team at Priyal Joshi And Associates. If you are looking to gain knowledge in Corporate Laws and upskill your profile, then this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing Secretarial Documents, minutes and reports.2. Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to the field.3. Filing of various Forms, returns with MCA, RBI and other Government Authorities.4. Draft and proofread commercial agreements, reports, and opinion notes.5. Communicate effectively with clients, RTAs, CDSL/NSDL, MCA and other stakeholders.6. Assist in backend work of conducting Board, Committee and shareholders' mettings.
Work Exposure:
1. Company Law and LLP Act2. FEMA, IPR and Labour Laws3. Listing and related Compliances4. Secretarial Audit and Compliances5. Due Diligence Audit, Startup Funding and Corporate Restructuring6. Commercial Agreements Drafting and Vetting
