Job Title: Office Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office activities
  • Provide assistance to management and other staff as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
